Dire Straits – Sultan of Swing

Un groupe mythique qui a motivé de nombreuses personnes à s’orienter vers la guitare électrique.

Le groupe s’est inspirée du Blues et du Rock pour composer son propre son.
Il fait partie des groupes incontournables à écouter et s’en inspirer créer son propre style.

Sultan of swing est une chanson qui arrive avec fracas en 1977 et qui va permettre de mettre au point le premier album du groupe.

Mark Knopfler au chant et à la Lead Guitare , David Knopfler à la guitare rythmique, John Illsley à la basse, et Pick Withers à la batterie.
